Who we are

Etica Links is a service of Etica Production, a media production company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Etica", "we"). These terms apply when you create an account or a page at links.eticaproduction.com.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person or organisation per account. Don't create accounts to get around a suspension.

Your page and content

You own what you put on your page. You give us permission to host, display and share it as needed to run the service. You promise that you have the right to publish it and that it follows our acceptable use policy.

Usernames are not property. We may reclaim a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or is held without being used.

Leads you collect

If you add a contact form, you decide what to collect and you are responsible for how you use the messages, including telling your visitors why you collect their details.

Suspension

We may hide links, suspend pages or close accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use policy, or that put visitors at risk. Where we can, we'll tell you why.

The service

Etica Links is free and provided as is. We work to keep it fast and available, but we don't promise it will never be interrupted, and we may change or end features. We aren't responsible for websites you or others link to.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Etica is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
