If you have an account

• Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password (or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google).
• Your page: everything you add to it, including images, which we resize and strip of location data.
• Sessions: the device and IP address of each signed-in session, so you can see and end them in Settings.

If you visit a page

We count views and clicks so page owners can see what works. We do this without cookies and without storing your IP address:

• Each visit is counted with a code made from your IP address, browser and a random value that changes every day. After two days the random value is deleted, so the code can no longer be linked to you.
• We record the country (looked up on our own server), the type of device, operating system and browser, and the site or app that sent you.
• Raw visit records are deleted after about 13 months.

If you send a message through a page's contact form, the page owner receives what you typed. The owner decides how to use it; contact them directly with questions about it.

Services we use

• Resend, to send account and notification emails.
• Google Web Risk, to check links on pages for phishing and malware (only the link is sent).
• Google sign-in, if you choose it.
• Country lookup uses the DB-IP database on our own server; your IP address is not sent to them.

Videos and music players on a page (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify) only load when you tap them. Once loaded, those services apply their own privacy policies.

How long we keep things

• Accounts never confirmed by email are deleted after 7 days.
• Deleting your account deletes your page, analytics, leads and images straight away.
• Backups are kept for 14 days.

Your choices

You can change or delete your information in Settings at any time. For anything else, including a copy of your data, email hello@eticaproduction.com.
